At the time this video was created there is no “legal” definition of workplace bullying in the U.S. Unfortunately, the U.S. congress is yet to pass a law making workplace bullying illegal. This reality makes workplace bully training mandatory.
There are however, ways YOU can protect yourself and YOUR job from the bully at work with workplace bully training. For example, if the bully boss retaliates against you for complaining to human resources that IS illegal.
Until there is a specific law against bullying in the workplace, the employees best defense is workplace bully training and workplace bully education.
